Perhaps there is something you have been wanting to do or say but instead of acting on it you just continue to talk to yourself about what you ‘should or could’ be doing or saying. Sometimes we can have this ongoing chatter with ourselves for years, never getting any closer to actually doing anything about changing our current situation.
What if I said you had until the end of this month to start to take action on your repetitive banter or you would never get another chance to do it. Would you take the first step to finding that new job or getting a divorce or planning the trip you’ve always wanted to take?
